C19 Update with Connecticut

Connecticut is an interesting case. With a population of 3.5M (about the same as Arkansas) there are 3125 C19 deaths to date (compare Arkansas with 97). Of course the first thought is population density: Connecticut at 741/sq.mi and Arkansas with 57/sq.mi for a ratio of 13, but the C19 death ratio is 32. Something else going on here.
