For each plot we now show dots for daily values and line for 7-day average, along with fill below the average line to emphasize the trend.
Butterfly plot is now redundant, but has been retooled as plot of deaths/cases per million population of AR, US and World. All are plotted on one graph for easy comparison, the 'last' value value for each is printed to two decimals.
