C19 Update with daily and Canada

Our plot now includes a small inset graph for each region showing daily deaths and the best fit line determined from the cumulative data points. Arkansas uncertainty bands are all over the place, but then the last five dailies are [2 1 3 0 6]. Guest region today is Canada that looks to be not so far along the curve as the US.
